We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. MBY cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched both within the UK and overseas. Please make sure that you carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Returns and Exchange

In order to start the exchange or refund process please contact MBY via email at info@mbyclothing.com stating the order/invoice number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a refund.

Returns and Exchange must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Returns received outside the time frame will not be accepted.

MBY will only accept returns on non faulty items that are in their original perfect condition and have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached. If items do not match their original condition the goods will be sent back to the purchasing customer at their own cost.

  • Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
  • We only exchange an item for the same item in a different size.
  • Size exchange will only be issued if requested sizes are in stock.
  • An item can only be exchanged once, there will be a delivery charge to send out your replacement.
  • Returns should be shipped with a service that is tracked, we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
  • We are not responsible for damaged packages we are not obliged to cover or reimbursed any shipping cost.
  • We do not offer free returns.
  • Sales items can only be exchanged and not refunded.

Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchasers card or PayPal account. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days from the day we receive your order back. We do not refund shipping or postage cost.
